01 · The person at the other end
Elise Tremblay, in Canada, who also wrote every word on the site. There is no team, no shared inbox and no automated first reply, which is the reason answers take a few days rather than a few minutes. The realistic figure is three working days, longer if the question means opening one of the games again.
02 · The kind of message that changes the site
A correction with a source in it. “The price is wrong” is difficult to act on; “the listing shows $2.29 in Ontario today” is a fix that takes ten minutes. The same holds for a mechanic described inaccurately: name the level or the mode and it can be checked, otherwise it becomes a disagreement about memory.
03 · The kind that cannot be acted on here
Anything involving an account, a payment or a saved game. This site never sees a transaction, never holds a save and has no channel to either studio beyond the same public store page you can open. Requests of that kind are not ignored out of rudeness; there is genuinely nothing on this end to do with them.
04 · Privacy and legal requests
Requests under PIPEDA — what is held, correction, deletion — are handled at the same address and answered inside thirty days, which is well inside the statutory window. Trademark and image claims follow the route set out in the Legal Notice. Both are answered whether or not they are agreed with.
05 · Why there is no address and no telephone
Because a single person running a site from home has neither an office nor a business line, and inventing one would be worse than admitting it. If a matter requires a postal address for service, ask and one will be given for that purpose.
